I have been using Uni-Grip since I launched my new practice, Dental Spa & Beyond.
Uni-Grip was one of the best investments so far. Simple to use and very comfortable for our patients.
Anne Gershkowitz, DDS
I think the Uni-Grip is awesome! It's just what is needed for those practices that might use both film and
digital technology, or, the practices that use digital and may have had some problems with sensor bending, sensor placement, etc.
And, the Uni-Grip is fool proof! Very easy to assemble, very easy to figure it all out. Yes, I was definitely
impressed with the ease of assembly and I'm certain this system will be in demand.
Laura Jansen Howerton, RDH, MS
Until this past July (2007) I had served as the US Army Dental Command's
Chief Information Officer (CIO) for four (4) years. During my term I
developed a business case analysis and deployment plan to digitize 172 US
Army Dental Treatment Facilities worldwide (Korea, Japan, Oka, Europe and
of course across the 50 US States). About 12 months into our task of
digitizing the Army one of our Doctors in Germany showed us the Unigrip
product. We tested the device using real patients within Europe and
received rave reviews from the users/dental staff & xray tech's - enabling
our ability to acquire flawless intra-oral digital BWX; PA's and endo
treatment radiographs. Equally important was the feedback we received from
the patients highlighting sensor comfort and positioning (meaning the
sensor did not bother their gums nor gag reflex). With the use of the
Unigrip device our digital intra-oral retakes where reduced as well as
better diagnostic radiographs because of proper sensor positioning and
technique coupled with a comfortable sensor placement yielding a compliant
patient. I would highly recommend this product to any dental practice that
has made an investment in digital intra-oral radiography regardless of the
type of sensor. We have used the product with the Planmeca Dixi sensors;
Gendex; Dexis; Kodak 5000/6000/6100 and Schick intra oral sensors. The
Unigrip is an affordable device enabling a higher standard and level of
care/treatment.
